We took our sons 2016 silverado that needed a transmission repair. Alex was very transparent with us and had amazing customer service. He answered all of our questions. Will definitely return for future transmission need on our other vehicles.

0 STARS! BEWARE… SCAM!!! Completed a transmission rebuild… so they said. Brought it back for issues, said the motor mounts were bad. Transmission went out months later and they refused to back their warranty, brought it to another shop only to find out they patched and repainted old parts. Do not go here. They are the worst. It's been 1 year, and my transmission is getting rebuilt. They didn't honor their warranty. The old man up there has no integrity. They can't find my invoice. Don't care about the issues. DO NOT USE UNIVERSAL TRANSMISSION
