We took our sons 2016 silverado that needed a transmission repair. Alex was very transparent with us and had amazing customer service. He answered all of our questions. Will definitely return for future transmission need on our other vehicles.

0 STARS! BEWARE… SCAM!!! Completed a transmission rebuild… so they said. Brought it back for issues, said the motor mounts were bad. Transmission went out months later and they refused to back their warranty, brought it to another shop only to find out they patched and repainted old parts. Will be contacting a lawyer to see what my options are to rectify this financially. They are A+ scam artists. WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO BBB. And don’t ask for my information so you can “verify my issue” because you already did that over the phone and offered ZERO assistance.

Do not go here. They are the worst. It's been 1 year, and my transmission is getting rebuilt. They didn't honor their warranty. The old man up there has no integrity. They can't find my invoice. Don't care about the issues. DO NOT USE UNIVERSAL TRANSMISSION

I think I can speak for everyone when I say no one wants to have transmission problems . Well universal transmission is such a stand up place. I felt some jumping in my low gears . Took it in for an estimate and they are very honest ppl. Took me a total of 30 min to want in line . They are drove my car and came back and told me I had no transmission issues at all . They even told me what the issue was and I think honesty in this industry is such a relief !!! I would 100 % recommend universal transmission if you want an HONEST opinion! Thank you for the help guys !
