Ulyssess did a great job on our Audi SUV. I like that they operate with full integrity, share everything upfront and advise customers honestly. Parts and labor detail was clear and during the process kept me up to date on everything by sending me progress pictures. Work done was with quality and included mounts, bushings, all fluids and he advised to wait on brakes. Overall very satisfied with his work.

I took my Audi Q3 for some unexpected repairs. Luis, Kennedy, and the team were great to work with. They kept me up to date with my repairs and let me know other repairs I needed. I felt in better hands here that at the Audi dealership, I felt like this place genuinely cares about its customers and they take pride in their work. They have my business going forward.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I dropped my mk7 off in the morning with a good list issues to address and had it back by the time I got off work. They have a good system that they use to communicate each step along the way that is easy to follow and use. If you have a VW or Audi in this area of town you would be a fool not to take your car here, these guys know and love our cars as much as we do. I will be back for any future repairs or modifications!

I had an appointment at the N. Eldridge Location today. I found the front desk guy to be incredibly rude. While trying to give him the big picture of what I needed on my 2006 New Beetle, he was condescending and rude. When I pushed back his response was "Are we going to have a problem here?". I was taken aback and even though I tried to reset the conversation, it was pretty apparent I wasn't the one with the problem. After three times reiterating that I did not know if the temp light was red or not, I gave up and walked out. I was very disappointed that I won't get to experience the high quality VW specific technical talents due to the less than quality front desk. The red Beetle, Rosie, was a nostalgic gift for my wife and I have an open checkbook to bring it to pristine condition. Rest assured, that check will not be going to 1st Stop.

I always come back for my fluid changes. I recommend them 100%, staff is family friendly and technicians are very knowledgeable. Best VAG shop in the Houston and surrounding areas.
