Absolutely outstanding service at the auto repair shop! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was attended to immediately and warmly ushered into the reception area, where I was offered complimentary tea and coffee. The team was courteous, efficient, and genuinely welcoming..going above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Best oil change experience I have ever had. The two employees working this Friday morning were kind, fast and professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were sweet my 11 month even. I had been having a horrible morning and their kindness really changed my day. The oil change price was affordable and I got a free car wash with it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I had a wonderful experience here. Had my oil changed, wiper fluid refilled and tires aired up in about 15 minutes. Plus you get a free car wash....what more could you ask for?

This is the most quality car wash in Houston. I drive from the Southside here! And you can also get your oil changed, which I do. With that comes a complimentary deluxe car wash. Miles is awesome in service. Value and customer service here is all amazing!

This was my 1st time visiting a Valvoline Express Care location ...had a great impression. I was greeted by a nice young gentleman from the moment I pulled up to the other gentlemen who did the oil change...all were respectful and professional.Location is convenient for me so I'll definitely return in the future.
