Working with Michael was such a pleasure. From beginning to end he was very informative, let me know immediately the expectant amount of time they would need my car in order to complete the repairs, and I actually received it earlier than expected. Throughout the process he communicated with me to give me updates and made me aware of additional damages that weren't associated with my accident and an offered the opportunity to repair them, if I wanted to. A week ago I brought my car in and let me tell you that I am very, very satisfied with the work they did. They even cleaned the inside of the car completely, something I thought they wouldn't do because almost no other workshop does it, otherwise their work was splendid. They informed you step by step about how my car was doing. And the truth is I hope I don't come back, haha. In the sense of not having another accident, but if it happens, I would come back to them 100%.
