I recently had a Carrier 2.5-ton AC system installed and was thoroughly impressed by the entire process. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Sales Associate Pete, Hub Manager Moe, and installers Freddi and Escobar were all exceptional. Before the installation, the Sales Associate thoroughly explained his recommendations before and then after the initial physicial inspection of my property. at the installation, the installers clearly explained their plan and made sure all my questions were answered. After the work was completed, they took the time to walk me through the system, pointing out the major components, setting up and training me on my new Ecobee thermostate and addressing all other questions that I had about my new system. They maintained a clean work area throughout the job, and I truly appreciated their care and respect for my home. The pricing was competitive, the timing was prompt, and the workmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend this company. The Houston crew led by Moe demonstrated outstanding service and that they clearly take pride in their work.

We contacted Atlas for a quote for a Carrier AC to replace our 5 ton old unit. Nick was able to assess our needs quickly and informed us of the extras Atlas would provide with a new system. He was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence Atlas would be a good fit for our needs. Moukhles and his crew installed our new Carrier AC unit and they did a great job. I highly recommend Atlas AC because they provided us with great customer service (friendly and professional).

Mokhles and his crew was outstanding. I had a new installation from Atlas, see the below paragraph. I had a service contract with another company, but when they came out they were overpriced and wanted to charge me for cleaning, so I cancelled that one and called Atlas (should have done it sooner) and they got me an appointment for semiyearly maintenance for less and that does more. The crew came out the same day. Mokhles went above and beyond. He verified that I had an issue on my old unit (not the one Atlas installed), but the cost to fix it was 1/5th the cost quoted by the other company. Mokhles was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions patiently. He also stayed to make sure that everything was running correctly before they left. I am so glad I called them and got him and his crew (Shout out to them also!) out. Between this and the installation of last year, I cannot recommend Atlas enough. Even the call to them to get it rolling was painless and quick. everyone I have contact with has been outstanding. they are great value, based on my past experience and do great work! My 5 Star Review from the installation of the new unit (I have 2) in November 2024 below: Joaquim and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They installed my new unit and made sure it was running great before leaving. They answered all my questions and kept me informed on their progress. I highly recommend them and Atlas. I am very happy with their work.

I can't share enough great things about Atlas AC! Best quality, best pricing transparency, super customer service, communication, and excellent financing options. I had 3 companies come to the house to quote. I knew I wanted to go with Atlas AC because their online Youtube presence is very strong and they give honest information, and I have been following them for a few years. I was hoping to meet the famous Kenneth from Youtube, but I understand he is probably signing autographs somewhere in San Antonio. Cedric and Nick came to give me a really accurate and thorough estimate. John's install crew was here a week later and did an amazing job. Cedric made sure everything was in order and John and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the unit was calibrated and working properly. John showed me the features on the new heat pump and they even made sure their work looked neat and buttoned up when they finished. They laid down drop cloths throughout the house and swept up any mess they made. I really appreciate how John and his crew did their work respectively and thoroughly. If you're having doubts, just do it! I did all the research for you, I really believe Atlas can't be beat. I look forward to referring them to all my friends and family. I will use them again in the future at my next home!
