I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff is very professional and kept me up to date on my vehicle status. I give my kiddos to Mr. Saul, my adjuster, he went above and beyond to help me out as well. Great job!!

No one wants to go through the hassle of having a car repaired from an accident, but it helps if you do have to go through the experience to get it done quickly and correctly. With the coordination of my insurance company, I dropped my car off easily and was informed about the process. I appreciate that they provide updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on with my car. It only took 10 days to repair my bumper, and it was fixed correctly. Thank you for a great experience considering the circumstance.

At first I was scared not knowing what was coming when I wrecked my vehicle. However, Saul made the process so smooth for me and answered every question I had. He was also very up to date on updating me with etas on my repair and what was happening. I give 5 stars to him for his attitude + great customer service.

On January 31 2024 I dropped off my 2011 black Nissan Pathfinder to Classic Collision North on Post Oak Rd for repairs. I chose this shop because 1. I had repairs completed from the shop in 2022 and they did a good job. Also my insurance company State Farms works with them and it's usually easy that way. Now the damages to my car were in the left back passenger side over the wheel. The damage didn't seem too serious more like scratches and a dent. I thought it would not take too long for the repairs to be completed. Well I was wrong. After about a week I called several times to get updates. I was told that the painting was almost done, but they were waiting on a bumper to come in.…
