🔧 Classic Collision

We have been very pleased with this Classic Collision location. Lam assisted me with a problem I had with the child safety lock on my Chevy Silverado pickup truck.

I had a great experience with Classic Collision . My vehicle was repaired and returned to me clean and looking good. I was treated with very good customer service by the customer service team. I will use them again and have already told my family about my experience.

A great mechanic place that has repaired my vehicle twice when I had my accidents, just got my car yesterday and Ashley the front desk was super sweet and gave detailed explaination over the process both times. Very happy with the repairs so far, just wish that my plushies stopped disappearing everytime I leave my car for repairs.

I have to give this place a 10 they did a fantastic job on my 2013 dodge durango I was involved in a hit and run and they fixed my truck to perfection they said 2 weeks and it was ready in 2 weeks. Everybody there was so nice and kept me updated through the entire process. I gotta give a shout out to Ashley the representative she was so kind. The guy Christopher and Saul you guys are awesome. My husband has a 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood that he wants repaired and we will definitely be taking it here. I can't thank you guys enough for the hard work you do for your customers. I was very happy when I seen my truck. Thank yall a million times. If your in Houston take your vehicle here for repairs tell them Whitney sent you yall will thank me latter. Guys, this post will be longer than my normal shares simply because I need to ensure that it is publicly mentioned that the staff working here are very good people. I recognize that I brought my truck in on an auto insurance claim and this simply means that this shop had to work within a certain time window to complete the job. I was given a rental vehicle while they had my truck. I went to this shop twice within months apart this year and we are currently at the end of April 2024. With that said, in the attached photos you will see a plastic part hanging underneath my vehicle. To establish some background the shop replaced my front end and this part appears to be attached to a part of the bottom front bumper. My spider senses did alert me because before I drove off their ship lot I could see this part was already hanging and I went inside and let them know that there's a part hanging in the front of my truck. Again, the staff is representative of good people, and I believe they handled my truck the wrong way when installing this specific part. I don't know if they check off the work that's being done before customers drive off the lot. When I asked if they accepted walk-in customers it was my understanding that they are mainly working with auto repairs pertaining to claims. So before driving off when I mentioned that this part was hanging they took a look and apparently they did just enough to get me out. However, the moment I drove off and parked. I noticed this part has been hanging, ever since. I work at nights in the medical center and during the day I have other work responsibilities. So, their hours of operation do not fit with my schedule which, when the insurance was involved they provided me with a rental while the shop had my truck. Today, someone saw me pull up to back in to park someone said your front-end is hanging down. They spoke a different language and they were showing me this on Google Translate. I had to let them know in their language that I am aware. Hopefully, when/if Classic Collision reviews my post here, they will understand that although I gave them 5-star review, it was only because of the kind treatment from the staff. I did not want to leave a 1-star rating and impact your business negatively. Howecer, as you can see, the quality of the parts or the quality of the installing of the part was not performed diligently because it was already hanging before I drove it off your shop lot. If you can help provide support to fix this, it will be greatly appreciated. I just want to report because I have been placed at a new inconvenience and my insurance claim has been resolved. If I'm supposed to report this through the insurance please let me know and I will proceed that way. Thank you for your time in reading this.
