I had a funny experience here many years ago. Came for inspection, tech didnt pass my car saying windows are tinted. Okay. Then he said if you give me 50 bucks I ll take care of it. I was shocked honestly. This is a brand auto care place how is it possible… Well, it was.

Take the advice of all the other one star reviews and don’t waste your time hear. After I asked how long it would take they told me 45 minutes to an hour. 3 hours later they hadn’t even touched my car so I went across the street less than a couple hundred feet away and Discount took care of me quickly and professionally. Was most pleased by Davion, the sales rep at the South So.Voss location. It's personalities such as his, that keep me coming back for my car care. I usually will make an appointment but this last visit required me to drive my vehicle so as to reset the sensors. I returned two days later and they took me right in without waiting. Worst Experience ever . Went for a simple tune up. Left with check engine light on , motor vibrations and the mechanic cracked my air intake box , left screws loose and actually damaged my undamaged car .. spent 1 thousand on a tune up . now currently spending another thousand at another shop for the mistakes those guys made . Zero stars , I regret taking my car there .. don't go !
