I brought my BMW M3 in for spark plug and ignition coil replacement. While the mechanical work seems solid and the car runs great, I’m extremely disappointed in how my interior was treated. Before dropping off the car, my leather interior was spotless. When I picked it up, it was covered in black grease — especially on the driver-side door panel — and now there's a lingering odor that makes the whole car smell like a mechanic's bay. I’ve spent several hours over the past two days trying to clean it up myself, and the stain and smell still persists. I didn’t expect to spend $2,700 on repairs only to have my previously pristine interior returned in this condition. I expected better attention to detail and respect for my vehicle. Very frustrating experience.

I heard good things about this shop so I decided to give them a chance. I’m wary of shops I take my vehicle to because I’m a female and I don’t want to get ripped off but after they worked on my vehicle I would recommend this place to everyone. I had a headlight out and needed some control arms replaced. They showed me exactly what was wrong and didn’t try to pressure me into fixing anything else that wasn’t my main concern. Shout out to John and Gilberto! John is so friendly, he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and called as soon as it was ready. Gilberto was able to fix my headlight even though it had some water damage to it. They took care of my main concerns. They have a shuttle that can drop you off within 5 miles. Since I stay further I had to Lyft but they were able to give me $20 credit. I will definitely bring back my vehicle for any future repairs this is a place that’s earned my trust.

Bryan Took great care of me. He’s honest, helpful and explains things really well. This is not always the case in this business! Grateful for gentleman such as him. Gilberto did a good job repairing the current issue at hand.

The West Galleria location has provided excellent service for my vehicles over the past 6 years. The entire staff has always been friendly, attentive, and courteous. Thanks to John Robertson, in particular, for expediting a list of repairs that had my vehicle back to me on the same day. Kudos!

I can’t keep silence anymore, but if you’re an immigrant, doesn’t matter - black or white, Muslim or Christian, even fully legal resident, stay away from this service center. I brought my car in for an oil change, next day I’ve got a critical error - the on-board computer lost the gearbox. I towed the car back to CB, didn’t blame them, been polite and asked for help, noticed that I’m in a difficult financial situation. Paid for the diagnostic, next day they didn’t even provide me a report, just said the transmission burned out, and I have to pay 7000$ for replacement. I’ve been almost ready to jump from a skyscraper after this words. But I just picked up my car and asked another mechanic to take a look. After 5 minutes he found and fixed the malfunctioning wire. I wanted to forget this occasion like a nightmare, one month of active usage the car didn’t have any issues. But one day the rear right tire just blew up, I replaced it and checked the other tires. They turned out over pumped for 10PSI each!!! I recalled that the CB mentioned in the maintenance report that they pumped the tires during oil change. After all I’ve got just one question - why you tried to do all this things to me? Why are you hate me so bad?
