Took my car for a last minute appointment on a busy Sunday due to a screw in my tire. Ray helped me get it repaired from start to finish. He is a great assistant manager and will hopefully be running a location one day. He answered all of my questions and supervised the tech that was working on my vehicle. I has a appointment at 12p. It took then 30.mins to get to it. Than 1.5 hrs to tell me what's wrong. Finally @ 2p. But didn't actually get to my vehicle to fix it at 4:17p. They said 1.5 hours.
