Absolutely outstanding experience! The team at CARSTAR REV Collision went above and beyond with their customer service — they kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. The quality of their work is superb; my car looks brand new! Highly recommend them for anyone in need of collision repairs.

On 5/11, my wife was involved in an accident, and three weeks after that, I was involved in an accident on 6/7. Our cars were taken to this place, and at first, I never knew what could happen. Rabea Obaid, who is one of the owners of this shop spoke with him and told me that he and his team will do a great job on our cars (2022 Toyota Highlander & 2012 Ram 1500). This shop even gives us a loaner car that we use for 2+weeks before Enterprise could approve the first claims on my wife's car. Rabea Obaid and his team helped to make this process very easy and smooth, and they were able to answer and respond to all of our communication. His team did an amazing job by facing all of the damages with new parts, painting our cars, and you can see the pictures below. I am recommending this shop to anyone who will treat you with respect, show you empathy, and overall will do an excellent job. But thanks to Robbie and his team, my car now looks brand new — like nothing ever happened (see before and after photos!). Robbie was absolutely incredible. The staff provided near-daily updates, walked us through every repair step (both what we understood and what we didn’t), and made sure we were always in the loop. The communication was consistent, transparent, and genuinely human. What sets this place apart is that they don’t treat you like just another claim or number. They recognize that accidents are personal and emotional, and they made me feel like my car — and my peace of mind — truly mattered. I was a bit nervous hoping my car would be back to how it once looked, and it turned out exactly what I wanted my car to look like. Robbie and Maria provided top tier customer satisfaction and had their team paint my new bumper, rear wing, and mirrors to perfection! The paint match is perfect and they were happy to accommodate when a change from gloss to matte was needed on a specific piece. Very quick turn around as well. Can’t thank them enough!
