NTB-National Tire & Battery

I can’t thank Chavez and David enough for their positive attitudes, customer support and communication! I am a customer for life, but ONLY at this location! I have a car that of course doesn’t have tires that are stocked, but with a simple phone call to this location, my tires are located and usually arrive the next day! The best part, they will call and communicate with you to let you know exactly when the tires will be available for installation! Oh and they are open on Sunday! Thank you guys for always taking such great care of me!

First time at NTB, and it was a great experience! Ricardo Chavez was super helpful—he explained everything clearly and gave me fair quotes. The team got my car in quickly, and I was out in no time. Great service all around. Thank you!

Came in with a flat tire and left completely impressed. The service was quick, smooth, and super professional. Richard Chaves, the store manager, made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of without any pressure or upselling. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service. Definitely recommend this place , honest work, great prices, and a team that knows what they’re doing. Big thanks to Richard and the crew!

These guys are great, good customer service and friendly attitude. Other shops in the area made excuses to work on my truck but the technician Mr. David did an amazing job along with Mr. Victor. These guys know what they were doing

Larry Johnson and Richard Chavez were helpful and kind to me considering the amount of stress I was under. Appreciate the employee who changed my tire because he was calm and patient with me as well. They service me 100% to meet my needs and quickly found the problem to my tire.
