Went to the Richmond Ave location for the 1st time as the Westheimer location I normally go to has closed. I wasn't able to make it until 5:15/5:30pm knowing they close at 6 but needed to have my tire(s) checked before a drive. I knew of 1 nail and just wanted to make sure it wasn't leaking. During their eval, they found a 2nd nail in another tire and got me out within an hour, patching both. They thanked me for my patience, however I'm the one who's grateful they still took the time to get me in and take care of my concerns.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday, and NTB was the only reliable place available—and I’m so glad they were. Their pricing was fair, the service was fast, and the entire team was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it. Highly recommend them for dependable, hassle-free service!

Every time I had an issue, the team was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming. Montrell, in particular, went above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before any work was done. He never pressured me into unnecessary repairs and truly had my best interest at heart. I’m so grateful for his honesty, professionalism, and the genuine care he showed throughout the entire process.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not trust any vehicle with this place. I went in for a tire replacement, alignment, and break pads. After 4 hours I get a call it’s ready. Go to pick it up was told that they couldn’t align it “we don’t how to put your car in alignment mode”. Then was told they had a problem with breaks. I asked to check I look at my dash every light was on the dash check engine light, stabilatrack, break failure. The vehicle says and wont let you drive over 40 MPH. Do not waste your time or money with them I needed to tow my vehicle because they left off the sensor. It was working fine before I brought it in. My breaks are actually worse than before I came in.
