Man these guys are the best! They got me in and out last minute on a Friday regarding some wheel and tire issues I was having. They got everything replaced and did so in a very fast, respectful and professional manner. I appreciated them a lot and grateful for the last minute work they put in Clean establishment and well trained crew absolutely 🔥🔥

T and Dr. Dre were amazing! My car battery died and they came through quickly to help me out. They were professional, efficient, and super friendly the whole time. They got the battery changed and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Highly recommend them if you ever need car help—great service and even better people. Thanks again!

I had a great experience at the National Tire and Battery location at 2123 Louisiana St. in Houston, TX, thanks to Terrence Green. He was incredibly thorough in explaining everything I needed, making sure I understood all my options without any pressure. His customer service is top-notch — professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. What stood out the most was how passionate Terrence is about his job. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and wants to make sure they leave satisfied and informed. It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of pride in their work these days. This location is definitely one I’ll keep coming back to — great service, great staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I’m giving a 5 star to Terrance and Dr Dray for their determination to service me. They are some characters in a good way. Team work makes the dream work right?! They do have good customer service here. I will say on Gus I was a little peed on he let the door swing open but all is well. Thanks Guys !

The personnel was very helpful. Service was excellent. I had a flat after work and drove it to the location downtown not too far from where I work. They were very detailed in telling me about my tire. Even though it was not able to be patched They were very considerate and got me a new tire. Though my finances were a little tight they were very gracious in working with me and getting me back on the road. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I would definitely go back.
