Came in for a state inspection after a long workday and had a surprisingly unpleasant experience. The associate directing me spoke in a harsh, condescending tone even though I was the only customer there. I understand the need for clear instructions, but there’s a respectful way to communicate. This interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive. Hoping this location can improve on basic customer courtesy. State inspection was successful.

I give a neutral rating, because I seemed to be bothering them coming in for service. I had to ask them to check my tire air pressure after they said I was done, and had to pull around again to get it done. This was not Take 5's normal courteous good full services.

The manager Juan talks to his employees like they are nothing today I got a oil change and the service technician Dominic was getting fussed at I guess he was mad because I turn down getting a air filter and for the a/c check but I had a warranty somewhere else for a year. So he started basically talking down to Dominic and I step in and said why are you fussing, this guy started to fuss with me and said these young guys don't know anything and I have to get on them. So who does that fall on, Juan has no business in management, it something call team work together each achieve more remember that Juan. Dominic,Hunter, and Daniel are awesome service technician just wrong manager that doesn't appreciate the team he has. Juan put his hand in my face, I said did you put your hand in my face he said and I'll do it again. He is a liability to Take 5 oil telling me I need to stay in my lane and saying Jesus Christ apparently you don't know the Savior cause you would know how to talk to the customer and employees. Long as this guy is manager I will not be going back I will go back to Braeswood. Oh by the way as a result in how he was treating Dominic the service technician quit, Dominic came shook my hand and thank me for speaking out on his behalf, Whoever the district manager is you need to deal with Juan. So unprofessional arguing with a customer steady walking back to my car and when he put his hand in my face I was like you have to be kidding. I indeed called customer service and told them how horrible you talk to your employees and how you Juan got out of character with me. Then when you leave it says honk if you had great service. Worst experience ever. Also Juan said have you ever been a manager, yes I have and know how to give superior service he had the nerve to say that's why your not anymore who said I wasn't a supervisor now. District manager area manager this is poor. He need to be retrained and put as a service technician and put someone more qualified to be in that position. I have expressed to my friends and family on Facebook Instagram and Tick Tok not to patronize this facility.I need a District manager or the owner to reach out to me this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change! They changed my oil, replaced the filters, and added antifreeze - all in just a few minutes. I was in a rush and they got me in and out quickly, even though I was the first one there. They also gave me discounts and the service was top. The two guys who worked on my car were super fast, bilingual, and very friendly. Five Stars!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! My mother took her vehicle there several months ago and due to poor workmanship and inexperience (as noted by previous raters) it led to the engine seizing and her vehicle is no longer operational. After months of back and forth with Take 5 and Fleet Response (the 3rd party claims provider), they have denied our claim to correct their faulty workmanship. We provided proof, photos of the oil spill, photos from the repair shops, and statements from Stellantis (Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler manufacturing) indicating this was not a manufacturer issue and they still denied. Our next course of action is to pursue legal recourse.
