Disappointing Experience at LAM Auto Repair more like SCAM Auto Repair Rating: ⭐If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Are you looking for good quality honest work? This is NOT the place for you. I recently visited SCAM Auto Repair for what I hoped would be a good job from the mechanics. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the customer service was horrible. Zack the owner seemed disinterested and unprofessional, providing vague answers to my questions and displaying a lack of concern for my vehicle's issues. He claimed they work on this type of ECU and tuning work and even more for cars but in reality, they are playing a guessing game with your car the whole time. Moreover, the quality of work was extremely poor since they left my car hood and trunk open on rainy days I got my car back smelling like a wet carpet and my brand new battery was gone and I had some random dead battery that did not even fit in my engine bay they also performed unnecessary repairs on parts I had already replaced, which ended up costing me more than anticipated. Additionally, the turnaround time was unacceptable. What was promised to be a few weeks to fix ended up dragging on for about 5 months without any clear explanation or updates from the staff. I had to call them multiple times over the past few months when my vehicle was there because I never once received a call from them. In the last month I was showing up to check progress and just so happened after 5 months of them "Looking for the parts" Zack just so happened to to get ahold of the parts company while I was there holding his hand the whole time, something that was supposed to be a $699 part turned into a $750 part plus a $250 "Tuning fee" Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I would not recommend SCAM Auto Repair to anyone seeking reliable automotive services. It's a shame, as I had hoped for better from a decently reviewed establishment. Any good reviews you see are for the PREVIOUS OWNERS DON"T get SCAMMED LIKE ME AND A FEW OTHERS!! Save your time and go to VELAS!

I was referred to Lams Auto Repair and when I tell you the service was quick and efficient. The rep Sam was great he stayed open after hours just for me. Didn’t charge me anything extra. His auto repair guys was fast about getting it done even passed hours. They all seemed down to earth and some truly honest mechanics that don’t just get over on you just because they want extra money . 10/10 I recommend. They will now be my mechanics.

Outstanding Service! Just had my brake pads and rotors replaced here, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was friendly, honest, and got the job done efficiently. My car drives smoother than ever, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Fair pricing and top-notch service — I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Efficient and fast even with no appointment. A local business and the guys were nice with reasonable prices. Just know if you’re using card there’s around a 3% tax so bring cash if you can. Small waiting room but they were done in around 15 mins for an inspection. There is AC and around 5 chairs but people are in and out fast.

I found this shop on my google maps and Wasiq was able to fix my car the same day. Everyone was very pleasant and they provided an affordable price to repair my car sensor and headlights. I will definitely be coming back so they can service my other family vehicles. It’s hard to find reliable, affordable, and honest mechanics….thats why I’m sticking with Lams Auto repair from now on.
