🔧 Julia's Auto Repair

It was my first time using the warranty I purchased through Carmax. I called them for service and they gave me a list of few shops in the area I could take my car to. This one was rated the highest and I love that it's woman owned. The process was smooth from the beginning. My car was diagnosed by the next morning and I was updated through the whole process, from when claim was submitted, approved, parts ordered etc. My car does have a few issues that need to be addressed, unrelated to the warranty, and the tech was also very patient explaining that to my husband and I. They also washed my car which was so appreciated! Will recommend this place to everyone, thank you so much!

They do their best to try to help you out. What's your servers warranty company? But sometimes I don't work out. I would recommend them to anybody to go there. But if you have endurance warranty insurance, don't waste your time. Endurance will waste your time and their time and just make everybody mad. for your regular service work, anything I highly recommend them.

I really want to thank Elizabeth for all of her hard work and helping me with my vehicle. she was very easy to talk to, and very understanding to my concerns. This auto shop does great repairs at a very speedy timeframe. It means so much to me how much they truly show great customer service and a positive atmosphere at this location.

I was in an accident and my car was brought to Julia's auto repair. The serve there is top tier and very thorough. Elizabeth was amazing keeping me updated daily and being the voice of the customer. She definitely knows her job and what it is to have empathy for a customer during a stressful time. I also want to take the time to recognize Joe for all his work on the car the technician definitely looked out for my best interest and made sure everything would be running smoothly before I got my car back.
