Simplice took care of me, and moving forward I'll stay with them for my vehicle repairs. I hay my vehicle dropped off and it was repaired within 3 hours. I received a call thinking it was to let me know what they needed to do, they had already ordered the part and replaced it. I was very happy with the turnaround time, and enjoyed joking around with Sidney, he can come off a little gruff at first but at the end of the day it's all in the perception and he's a cool guy.
