Nato is good people! Very communicative and does not mind going out of his way to ensure trust. Definitely A+ on customer service. After my work was completed, they even cleaned the car. Glad to assist a black business. Reasonable prices.

I had an insurance claim. I brought my car there for repairs. They helped me set up my rental car and completed the job quickly. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

He was nice, but he did a really bad job on my car. I got in a fender bender and the metal on the front of my car was still bent. Pretty poor body job. He made up a sheet of everything I had to pay for and it was about $3500. But he didn't replace a couple of things which I paid for, like the lights and some front grill. He just reused the pieces but charged me for them. My car will scrap over the cement block when I park and I drive an SUV so that should not happen. Not to mention, he told me it would be done in two weeks at the most and my car was in the shop for an entire month. I felt lied to and used. Would never recommend him. Sketchy business.

This past Friday, my car broke down on my way to work at 610 and Scott st. When I say broke down, my front breaks were completely worn down and the friction managed to heat my bearing to its limits where I nearly lost my wheel. I was able to fight it to the shoulder, luckily there was no accident. I first called and they were real friendly on the phone, they said they could get it fixed for me. I had it towed to their mechanic shop before they were even open. Bill was there early and helped me with the drop off. The 2 things I should mention is that the building and the area could be a little intimidating by the looks, but I quickly got over it. The second is they only accepted cash, but it was well worth it. The value I received for the amount of work done was good I felt like. I also was worried that I wouldn't have my vehicle for my weekends plans, however it was done by that afternoon. I was very pleased with the mechanics Gregg and Bill. I now have a local mechanic that I trust.
