I brought my 2004 ford f250 to Maaco located at the houston Old Spanish trail location. The sales representative Kim was very helpful, she did a walkthrough and gave me an estimate in detail writing on my truck. It was understood what I wanted repaired and what it didn’t care to repair on a 21 year old truck. I the cost savings using Maaco vs other body repair and paint business was at least $5,000.00 in savings. The end result was to my satisfaction, I didn’t expect a show quality job, but the quality was good enough and it brought life to an old reliable work truck.

If I can give them 0 stars I would! I’ve been nothing but patient the 4x ‘s I bought my truck here to get repainted after the paint starts to peel, I find random places on my truck that was never even touched with paint. The last time I took my truck here to fix the air bubbles in the paint , I picked it up with more bubbles and more scratches on it! I literally can’t make this up! Then to top it off they tell you the car will take 2-3 days but it takes a whole damn week to get your car back to be unpleased and send it back! CORPORATE , I need my money back for all of the time wasted and I am still UNHAPPY WITH THE PAINT JOB ON MY TRUCK! Give me my money back and I will happily take this post down and go else where! With this type of work I am unsure how you all are still in business!!

I have a 96 Silverado, which will be 30 years old next year. Maaco made it look like New! You see the way other Motorist look at it. You would swear it was some new styled truck. Lol. Thanks to Arley and her Crew!

On 8/19/24 my husband took our vehicle in for an estimate to get some scratches, door dings and bumper scratches from everyday wear and tear on our F150 taken out and for an all over paint job. After inspection of the vehicle and speaking with Arely Dieguez he agreed to the terms and conditions of service with an estimated price of $2,800. She assured him that it would take roughly 3-4 days for service which was ideal. After multiple calls and him going back and forth to the service center it took 4 weeks before we were called and told our vehicle was ready for pick up on 10/1/24. To my husband's surprise when he arrived back at the service center to retrieve our vehicle it was in worse condition than when we originally dropped it off. The paint job was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! There were multiple bubbled areas throughout the entire vehicles paint job (which were not there when we dropped it off) which the painter referred to as "orange peels". The vehicle decals were not placed back on in a professional manner most were falling off. When he spoke with Arely in regard to the horrible paint job she acknowledged the visible flaws but acted as if there was nothing wrong, like what was done to our vehicle was an everyday occurrence and we should just be okay with it. Arely stated that " We are not a professional paint shop, and if we wanted the flaws corrected, we could pay for them to be corrected." My husband asked why he should have to pay to correct the flaws of the painter and Arely said that's what needed to be done for the flaws to be corrected. When he asked to speak with the manager Arely told him that there was no manager on site, even though my husband could clearly see a man sitting in the manager's office. When my husband stated he wanted to talk to the man sitting in the office Arely then states "He doesn't like to talk to people". After demanding to speak with him Syed came out and spoke to my husband. He also acted as if there was nothing wrong with the paint job although he acknowledged the visible flaws as well, he then told my husband "If he wanted a good paint job, he should have taken it to the dealership". This is one of the most unprofessional service centers, the customer service is horrible as well as their paint services. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT THE JOB TO BE DONE CORRECTLY!!!!!
