Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. What truly blew me away was how they saved me a tremendous amount of money without cutting any corners. You rarely find a shop that combines honesty, efficiency, and affordability like this. On top of that, their turnaround time was incredibly fast. I expected to be without my car for much longer, but they had everything handled with professionalism and precision. The work they did was flawless. My car looks brand new. We were fortunate to live next to Apex and our accident occurred just down the street. The customer service was awesome....they handled everything.
