Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. What truly blew me away was how they saved me a tremendous amount of money without cutting any corners. You rarely find a shop that combines honesty, efficiency, and affordability like this. On top of that, their turnaround time was incredibly fast. I expected to be without my car for much longer, but they had everything handled with professionalism and precision. The work they did was flawless. My car looks brand new. We were fortunate to live next to Apex and our accident occurred just down the street. The customer service was awesome....they handled everything. These guys do excellent work I am totally impressed. Our 2016 Expedition looked as good as it did when we first bought it. I highly recommend Apex...for us the experience was an easy 5 star rating.

I want to say that this place did a great job after my RAV4 was involved in a collision. Jimmy, the owner, did the best to make sure I got my car 100% fix and look like brand new. Thank you for going beyond the job to make clients feel satisfied. I highly recommend this shop.

This is my first time using this business I took my Toyota GR Supra here for a front bumper repair, highly recommend. Jimmy ( owner ) and his team are some of the very best and most talented individuals you will ever meet, and they are truly dedicated to their craft. Very satisfied never go anywhere else! go see Jimmy!
