Called this location because I needed an oil change. I have a Paccar motor and I need the 10/30 oil. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS! Their name is 18 wheeler but you CANNOT COME HERE WITH YOUR TRAILER! And you wouldn't even read the sign because is so SMALL that you will see it only when you're entered already. They don't have space and when I asked for the service they bullied me saying that I didn't call.....when I showed them my phone with their number they said that it wasn't true!!!!

I just visited 18 Wheelers Lube for the 2nd time. My first visit was a few years ago when I found myself in Houston needing an oil change, and I walked away really impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and never forgot them. Today, finally, I was in Houston and again in need of an oil change, went to 18 Wheelers, and came away still as impressed as I was the first time! I have had oil changes and truck services from coast to coast, and honestly, I don't remember most of them because most of them are not memorable, but this place is different. They provide great customer service, a friendly greeting, and professionalism to go hand in hand with thorough mechanical services, not to mention at reasonable prices! The owner is an awesome guy, and his staff are excellent! Take my word for it- you probably don't remember any details about your last oil change, but this place and it's people are so memorable that you'll never forget them, just like the experience I have now had from them- twice! When we got to Houston, the truck was due for an oil change. We looked for a place where to go and have it changed and we found 18 Wheelers lube one and we decided to try it. What a good choice we made! 😊 They were very professional and friendly! The place is very clean and organized. The price was better than anywhere else we went before. I love how attentive and courteous the owner and the mechanics were. They did an excellent job with my sleeper cab shocks and airbags that were very rusty and difficult to unbolt. Their PM service is exceptional. Their oils are in buckets as they get it straight from the oil company. And they also wash your engine with diesel. I'm very happy with their service and I WILL MOST LIKELY BE A STEADY CUSTOMER.
