Texan Inspection Services

Absolutely outstanding home inspection experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. The inspector took the time to explain every detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood both short-term issues and long-term maintenance needs. The report was clear, comprehensive, and included helpful photos and diagrams, making it easy to follow and reference for years to come

Our inspector Mitchell David Hickman was very thorough with his report. He communicated with us when he arrived to the home, and when he had an hour left so our agent could meet with him. He then took the time to discuss his professional opinion with our agent. We had a great experience.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. David Hickman with Texan Inspection Services come out and do our pre-closing home inspection and our 11 month warranty home inspection. David went above and beyond to make sure even the smallest details were accounted for. I'd definitely request him again for any inspection services in the future. He's very knowledgeable in a variety of disciplines and his input and expertise was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. The inspection report was a masterclass in presenting the inspection results in a clear, thorough, and photographic format so that every potential issue was clearly documented and explained. You won't be disappointed if you decide…

We hired Texan Inspection for the phased inspection process of our new build home. So far the first two phases of inspection have been completed and I’ve been very impressed. The inspections were painstaking and thorough and the inspector was on site for several hours for each inspection. The report was timely, comprehensive, and easy to understand. Our builder had no pushback on taking care of any of the issues found. In short, highly recommended!

Great service, just a phone call away. Kathleen is such a sweet person to talk to, she took care of the appointment right away. This is my second time in 6months using Texan Inspection Service for new home inspection. Derek Myers did a pretty good job with the inspection report, even the builder appreciated the fact that the report was thorough, with pictures of the roof using Drones. Simply amazing. Would highly recommend using them. Thanks Derek and Kathleen.
