I attempted to rent a Uhaul from this place with self pickup, where you pay and process in advance to pick up the truck on your own. They did not leave the keys on the lockbox, and even though there was a man siting inside eating with no shoes on… he refused very rudely to open the door! Even Uhaul on the phone asked me to knock on the door again just to ask for the keys, and he kept refusing! Even though I just needed the keys! And I already paid!! Terrible, terrible place and people! Do not come here.

I took my truck in for an inspection. The owner came to me within 5 minutes and informed me that no inspection was needed because my truck is 24 years old. He could've inspected it without informing me just to get an extra buck but he didn't do that. Honesty goes a long way. It attests to his integrity. I appreciate this. Thanks...
