Absolutely love these guys! My car has been through hell and they have been there for me every step of the way and have been extremely helpful! I would absolutely suggest them being your go to for ANY bmw needs!

I’ve taken it to so many places to get an alignment, none of them could get it right. My car has adjustable arm kit and this is the only place that was able to center my wheel correctly, and align it perfectly. I don’t usually write reviews but I was highly satisfied. Will come back if there is anything that’s out of my knowledge.

My first time here, DrivenWerx came highly recommended by members of the Houston chapter of the BMW Club of America. I can see why. Very professional and goal oriented, this was for an inspection to see how bad things are on the underside, and chasing transmission gremlins. More issues than I thought were found, I asked for (and received) an estimate written in order of importance. Honestly was not expecting everything on said list. They found things which weren’t done by not only previous independent repair shops, but also literally TWO different BMW dealerships. Including one major thing needed that I’d paid for and assumed was done a year ago! On a side note while there, I had my 6th heat stroke out of the blue. It wasn’t even hot this day, and the guys accommodated my urgent medical needs quickly and efficiently. Now with estimate in hand, all I have to do is work out a schedule for getting things done in stages (as we’d be down to 1 car) and my wife being from Hawaii, it’s a bit of a squeeze to fit in her’s 😉. I understand they’re relocating to larger facilities, in order to accommodate their growing customer base, and that’s fantastic. Once checking off items from their list, I have no doubt 4 ⭐️ will become 5.
