I wish I could give Bartuning a 10 star review because of how honest and great all the people in this shop are. I initially took my 2014 VW Tiguan to Momentum VW on Kirby for a battery issue. When I left, my battery issue was resolved but suddenly my car was stalling in the middle of the road and the engine was screaming. They quoted me over $6k for repairs for my very "coincidental" car issues. I decided to research and came across many recommendations online to bring my car to Bartuning. I called them up, and Eric spoke to me about what issues I was experiencing and took time to really listen to me and explain what we needed to do. They fixed everything and got my car running like new in 2 days and saved me over $3,500. Turns out the dealership was going to make repairs I didn't need and overcharge me on what I did need. During the entire process, the staff at Bartuning made sure to communicate with me, answer any questions I had, and most importantly, they were honest. The owner of the shop even gave us a ride home so we didn't have to pay for an Uber. I truly cannot speak more on the integrity and quality of these people and their work. They gave me a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on all the work they did, and have made me a customer for life.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a service shop, period. Brought my 2015 S4 in for an alignment after noticing my steering wheel was off-center and experiencing some vibration at highway speeds. Eric, the service rep, was great to work with! He explained the process thoroughly and got me in and out quickly. Pricing is fair and transparent and most of all, the car drives better than ever! I'll be bringing my car back for all my service needs moving forward. Thanks Bartuning, Inc. Team! I have used them twice and had the best experience both times. Even when after my first repair and the fans needed to be replaced because I started having problems they got me back in with no problems. They also give you three year warranty’s on their work. Always nice and polite. Very professional and had my car fixed the same day both times. I’ve used them to repair twice and I will always use them.

BarTuning saved me $20k+ engine block replacement misdiagnosed by Audi Dealership, turned out to be just bad ignition coils instead of a leaky fuel injector and piston damage that Audi had diagnosed from an engine misfire code. My Audi A6 is up and running like new again. Mike & Eric and their techs are the true Audi experts. If you thought the dealerships were good, you should treat your VW, Bartuning. Can't say enough good things about the way they have taken great care of my VW! They have great insight into maintainability & lifelong reliability unmatched by no one in the Houston area. I had a $15,500 quote from VW and Bartuning found the issue for 1/3 that price. Bartuning now has another client for life!
