NOT UPFRONT ABOUT PRICING came here just for a state inspection. fast turnaround and was in and out within 15min. state inspection fees are standardized but noticed my credit card charge was higher. paid a credit card transaction fee which was not disclosed prior to payment in response to owner's comment: it is not my responsibility to ask about pricing when state inspection fees are standardized. I was not informed about the additional CC charge until after the charge was processed. the "DPS charges" (pointed out on a piece of paper on the wall AFTER the charge was disputed in person) only further emphasizes the standard inspection fee of $18.50 -- nothing regarding additional CC fees.

I wish i could give zero star, They will take advantage of you - $300 quote for a one hour job with a $40 part. Quote wasn’t detailed so I’m sure this works on some customers. Another customer was complaining about a faulty job when I was waiting for my car. Avoid these guys like the plague. I caught him doing state inspection over phone call and the vehicle wasn’t at shop.

Wish I could give more stars! I called this morning about a state inspection and was told to bring it by and that it would take 10 minutes. I brought it by and it took 10 minutes lol. Then, I noticed when they pulled the car out of the garage they backed it into the space in the lot so I could easily just drive straight out. Nice touch! Then as I was checking out they told me I could take the report across the street to Kroger and get my sticker in 5 minutes. Outstanding experience and would DEFINITELY recommend!

Took my cars for inspection there and the job was completed quickly, and I was explained about the codes return . If you want a quick inspection, I would recommend going there. The staff was friendly.

I went to an auto shop near my home in which I’ve been to before to get my brakes checked. After getting the information that the mechanic needed to take my car on the test drive to check my suspension I was then told my brakes were fine. once I begin going home, my car dash lights started coming on which included the ABS ,airbag, tire pressure light and also my steering wheel began tightening up and my gas gauge begin shifting from empty to full in a matter of seconds. I immediately called back and the owner gave me a dismissive attitude about what I explained to him. I immediately turned around and headed back to the auto shop and when I spoke to the owner and I told him that I didn’t have this problem before coming to the shop, he did not want to listen. Instead, he diagnosed the car with something that was never an issue and stated that the problem for all of this is because the ABS light was on. When I tried to bring an understanding of the main issue being that all I wanted was my brakes checked and I’m leaving with multiple issues. He stated that he will find a parts needed to repair these new issues and he will call me back within an hour. once the hour came, I called up to three times and did not get an answer, but once my friend called from her phone her answered immediately, but once he realized who was calling, he once again got an attitude so I decided to go to the shop once again. I was there for 10 to 15 minutes and I was not acknowledged so I decided to walk into the shop and I requested to speak to the mechanic instead and he told me that the mechanic does not speak English. I asked him what can I do about this new issue he stated “ma’am I told you that the ABS light is the problem” and after a lot of back-and-forth I became highly frustrated based on the fact that I was not being listened to. I will be taking my car to the dealership to for a second opinion, and if I find out anything happened within the 10 minutes, my car was on a test drive I will be contacting my lawyer. To the owner words of advice if you treat people well they will come back to do business with you regardless, but if you try to do dirty work things would not work in your favor. This is my only means to get to work and support my family it’s sad people would treat others like this.
