My experience was underwhelming. First impressions were immediately soured when my 5pm appt. was cancelled at 5pm when I walked in. Said he's backed up, and to come tomorrow. I would've appreciated, at the very least, a call an hour before. Anyways, I came in the next day and was serviced at 5. I used a $30 oil change coupon, but for one additional quart of oil it was $18. Seriously? Clearly a way of nullifying their coupon for half of their customers. Wasn't given the price for that upfront - Midas was cheaper at first glance, not at the register. The cherry on top was that my floorboard was covered in black crud when I got back in. The guy tried to be nice about everything, the staff was quick with their service, and I trust they did it right, but I can't ignore the aforementioned annoyances.

I have taken my vehicle to Marty and met Josh at the location. They mentioned that I would need some work done but it was not urgent. When I took my vehicle to my mechanic he agreed and it was taken care of by my mechanic. I would recommend this location for their honesty and for outstanding customer service. As a matter of fact I did recommend a friend to them and he was happy with their service they provided.

I took my mini cooper to Midas and I’m glad I did. I can’t thank this place enough for their wonderful service. Marty was understanding, compassionate and explained everything in detail. The crew there got me back on the road the same day. I will be back most definitely and recommend this place for your automotive needs.

My dealership told me to replace all 4 of my pads and rotors which would have cost over $2,000. Mr. Marty and his team at Midas did a great job in saving me nearly 40% (hundreds of dollars) on replacing my rear brake pads and rotors and he also told me to hold off another 12,000 to 15,000 miles before replacing the front pads and rotors ~ they didn't need to be changed yet. I recommend Mr. Marty and his team and I TRUST Midas will do right by you too.
