🔧 Take 5 Oil Change

My experience was great. Jason and Miguel were courteous and above all professional . My veteran status was accepted with proof and a discounted price was promised as advertised. I will return as soon as maintenance is needed again.

If you have a foreign vehicle do not take it to this place!! I took my Audi there a few months ago and drove maybe 2 miles down the street and my add oil lights came on. Not the “you’re a quart low” but the “pull over now and turn off engine” alert. I had my car towed back to the shop where the manager and staff took over an hour finishing the job. The manager offered a free oil change my next visit as a courtesy to make things right. Fast forward a few months and I return to take them up on the free oil change and was denied! Because the manager no longer works there they aren’t required to uphold that offer. Waste of time and money with this place. 10/10 would not recommend. Go elsewhere if you value your vehicle and time

Since the moment I got there, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. If you need to have an oil change but don't want the mess of doing it yourself, Take 5 is the place. Tip: go on a cool day or be ready to be bit hot while they take care of busines as you'll have tonwait in your car while is off. Other than that 100% recommended

Real honest guys. Got an oil change a few months ago and paid for the high end oil. Came back because I thought it was time for another oil change. They pulled my file and saw what kind of oil I got last time and told me I was good for another 2k miles. Anyone else would've just taken my money! That definitely made me a lifetime customer.

The worst experience I have ever had. This was my first time visiting this establishment and traumatized is an understatement. After receiving an oil change the gentleman didn’t secure the bottom part of my car in which I didn’t notice until I drove away and began to hear a loud scrapping noise. I initially assumed it wasn’t my car and was maybe a car in traffic until a gentleman told me that my car was dragging and that I was in danger. I panicked and rushed back to the facility to only be met with rude and condescending responses to the issue they created. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was shocked to know he was the supervisor and suggested I send a email to get a refund. It’s safe to say will not be returning ever and would like a Full refund at minimum for the inconvenience as well as the traumatic experience!
