Nice and good price for parking downtown

Excellent place to park if you're staying at the Hyatt Regency across the street. Despite not being affiliated with the hotel there is a skywalk on the third floor to take you to the hotel lobby. To park here was about half the price PER DAY versus the hotel valet and with the convenient skywalk it made it an obvious choice. The turns are tight and the spots can be a little small if you drive a truck or SUV but it's totally workable. Highly recommend.

While this garage is named “Regency” it is not affiliated with the Hyatt Regency next door. Typical downtown parking tight turns within the lot. There is a sky bridge that connect this parking lot to the Hyatt on the 3rd floor. Reasonable cost compared to the Hyatt valet cost.

Everyone is extremely helpful but Anthony & Charlotte went out of their way to help me gain a monthly parking pass!!

Parked here for a conference while staying at the Hyatt; car broken into even though the garage said there was surveillance cameras...
