I dropped my Mercedes off Monday evening around 6PM & my car was ready for pickup on Wednesday, good service & my car was driving so smoothly right after. Will be coming back for any other repairs or services in the future. 🙂

Roy & his staff of mechanics are terrific. They have John solid good work on my Mercedes. They work for a fair price and get the job done. They have no control over unavailable or discontinued parts; So sometimes work can take a little bit longer. You would find that in any shop, even a dealership service center. I do not hesitate to recommend Roy and NORA’s foreign car repair. I have taken my car there for 10 years. They never disappoint.

Response to their reply: I went in to have my car towed to another facility to have it fixed. He told me my car was repaired, which is why I took it out of town. HE TOLD ME THE CAR WAS FIXED BUT JUST ADMITTED HE LET ME TAKE IT KNOWING THAT THE LEAK WASN’T FIXED. Long story as short as I can make it. Dropped my car off on a Friday. Called three times To find out what was going on with it. Was told all three times somebody would call me in a little bit because it was hooked up to their computer. No phone calls back. BTW His wife is the one answering the phone. He stated, “What can I do?” when told no one phoned me back. Go to pick it up Saturday to have it towed somewhere else for the repair and I’m told it’s fixed. They did not get my approval for the repair and were not going to let me take my car. I paid them and told them if it didn’t break down in the next week, I wouldn’t refute the charges. He assured me their work was guaranteed. Stupid decision to drive my car from Fort Worth to College Station. I make it to Thornton, Texas before the exact same problem occurred. There’s a leak in the Suspension line. Apparently he put fluid in but didn’t fix the leak. $1600 repair work needed. Not sure if continuing to drive it exacerbated the problem or not. Terrible customer service And didn’t repair my vehicle.

EDITED TO SAY --- 3 YEARS later they respond and claim, I "didn't have the money." Here's the rest of the story: When I finally got my car back after 6 weeks (yes, 6 WEEKS!) the amount was Paid in Full. I just paid the total bill so I could get my car back - I then took it back to my mechanic who had to tighten the steering column, screw in the dash (screws were left in the floorboard), reinstall speakers, and try to fix the AC. I then paid another mechanic to try to fix the AC, but it was broken beyond repair. (It worked prior to being brought in). Money was never the issue - incompetence was (in addition to lying about the status of the repair every time I called, emailed, or texted... I have copies). One more reason to avoid these people like the plague - look how they respond to negative reviews. STAY AWAY!! My car has been at their shop for 36 days - I'm still waiting for a 6.5 hour labor job to be finished. They don't call or return calls. it is beyond frustrating. Sadly they were recommended by my mechanic, but had I known how bad their service would be, I could have found a bad mechanic on my own. If I could give 0 stars I would. Edited to add 6 more days (36 days and still no car.)
