I went in with AC nit blowing cold hoping to get financing because I needed car to work. Blake offered to fimance in house if I would Zelle 500 to Linda for new compressor then called me at closing time to say something electrical is wrong with it and he will call around then ignored all calls and texts for days. When I finally got car back and took to another mechanic they said the compressor they installed shorted out the wiring. When I took part back to Blake and explained it he said he would try to return part but no promises. And has ignored all efforts to contact since. He knew that was my rent money, I missed 3 days of work and had to pay to have repaired yet no effort to refund money paid for job not done.

I WISH we were able to give half or zero stars. I took my vehicle here and there begrudgingly approached us. The office staff essentially didn’t address me though was quick to address my father and assumed he was the point of contact (he wasn’t). They took my car in for diagnostic testing and when they called to update me and my father (separately) they told each of us different things. They told me that they weren’t entirely sure what the issue was but through testing it could be XYZ, then they called my dad and told him that the entire engine would have to be replaced. I went in for an entirely separate issue mind you and they took it upon themselves to mess around with my car- stuck a camera into my engine without my permission- then used a crack in the head to try and scare us. And hey I’m grateful they found the crack- I took it to ford and it was fixed. But to mess around with other parts of my car without permission?? Very strange and suspicious behavior, something I’m sure they wouldn’t have done if I was a man. Further more they found the crack only AFTER claiming to replace all of the injectors with brand new ones- flash forward to Ford the injectors are NOT alright. Faulty injectors were causing issues with the car. AFTER this shop CLAIMED to have fixed the issue. It’s obscene the things they try to pull over customers eyes. I am now in a dispute battle with BLAKE and the bank trying to get my money back because I spend HUNDREDS of dollars for a service that was NEVER PROVIDED and BLAKE refused. I warn against coming here and I would be wary of the “fixes” they charge you for.

My Uncle purchased a Saturn from this guy. He told my dad and my uncle that he would fix the overheating issue and give him a 90 day warranty. Over the next 3 months Blake refused to answer phone calls. Dad and uncle picked the car up from him 4 different times only to have to take it back to him again for a number of reasons. Every time they took it back Blake gave his word that he would fix it and then would refuse to answer or return calls for weeks. They finally picked the car up to take it to another mechanic. Blake is not a man of his word.

Blake and Linda are amazing! They were very efficient and had my car fixed immediately. Highly recommend taking your car to this auto shop!

My husband went in to get his break fluid leak repair. He was told it was $350 to fix, so he took his truck in. When he picked it up, they charged him $650! Then they said $350 was for parts only, the rest was labor. Which is understandable but that’s why they should say the full price upfront and not charge almost double after the work is done. Will not be returning for lack of communication.
