I informed the tech upon check in that my car blows ice cold air when driving. However, when the car idles the care blows warm air. This is what led me to make an appointment to have the system tested for leak or bad AC condenser. After waiting, 90 minutes for scheduled appointment, I was informed the car is 17 oz R-134A (freon) low. They gave me a quote and I denied recommended services because if the car was `7 oz loq on freon, the AC would not blow cold air even when I drove the car. I drove the car home and AC blew hot air only. I connected my AC gauge to the car and discovered there was NO R134A in the system. I took pictures for evidence I bought AC pro R134A (40.00) and recharged my system myself. What happened? The technician extracted my AC system while the car was in the bay and someone tried to cover up a mistake by charging me, the customer, $200.00 to recharge the system for 17 oz of R134A. I will not return to this or any Firestone. I was also informed oil so low it did not register on dipstick. Car could use some oil, but they would have overfilled the car with oil based on their assessment.

Had a wonderful experience. They were able to squeeze my car in between their busy schedule. They worked expeditiously, friendly, and respectfully. Thank you very much for your service and expertise
