Jared provided a fair quote for some Bodywork/Trim on my G-Class. Dropped it off in the morning, had it back in the same day. Definitely recommend them as they work on a lot of Mercedes-Benz.

They provided me a prompt (and accurate) estimate for the repairs, scheduled the repairs at a time that would minimize any inconvenience to me, kept me informed throughout the repairs and delivered the vehicle to me (repaired and cleaned) when promised. The service reps, Abraham Torres and Deborah Mize, were very professional. friendly and helpful and were available to answer any questions.

Stay far away from AutoNation Collision Center. My experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I took my car in for a bumper replacement and had to return it three different times because of their poor workmanship: • First visit: The paint job was completely unacceptable. It was peeling, uneven, and parts of the paint weren’t even dry when they gave the car back to me. Even worse, the entire underside of the bumper was peeling badly — clearly, they didn’t think anyone would bother to check underneath. But we did, and it was obvious they rushed the job and hoped no one would notice. • Second visit: After supposedly fixing it, the bumper was terribly misaligned, with huge gaps and uneven fitting. • Third visit: They tried again and still couldn’t align the bumper properly. After three tries, it was obvious they were either completely incompetent or just didn’t care. Instead of properly addressing their mistakes, they made a weak excuse about “opening a claim with Honda” — a clear tactic to push me to pay and leave. I never heard another word from them after that. AutoNation Collision Center wasted my time, my money, and completely disrespected my trust. Their work is sloppy, rushed, and careless. Their customer service is full of excuses and zero accountability.

I had a minor repair done to only a front bumper and light through an insurance claim and this is how I got my vehicle back. The service advisor never contacted me for update on my vehicle and I had to check in myself with in the 5 weeks. You’d think going to Mercedes alone you’d receive the best customer service. I let the person in charge of my claim about the new damage done while in repairs and he promised to get back to me on a Saturday he would be in and nothing (I’ve called and emailed as well). Would not recommend, and if you do use their services- video your car before and after the way I did.
