I had 1 side of my travel trailer painted at Houston RV Paint & Body and they did a great job on it. I worked with Lenny and he kept me informed on the progress and sent me pictures while they were working on it. I highly recommend them if you need any work done on your RV. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for the job y’all did on my travel trailer.

Where do I start?! Allstate had me running around in circles looking for shops that had a big enough bay to complete the bodywork for my Mercedes Airstream Interstate. They sent me to 3 different ones only to be turned away (including a major dealership), but then I found Houston RV Paint & Body. They were happy to help me and immediately got me in. From start to finish, it was a seamless and hands-off process for me. HRPB dealt with the insurance company, collaborating with them to make sure I got a flawless fix. We received progress updates with photos at every turn, quick turnaround time, and like I said before, a flawless fix. Their communication, experience, ability, attention to detail, friendliness, and timely delivery makes them the best in my book. GREAT JOB!! We’re incredibly pleased!!

We were involved in a hit and run while on the way to our grandson’s boot camp graduation in South Carolina… discovering the damage to the back of our BRAND NEW travel trailer (we had only had it less than a month) was sickening. But not only that damage, the thought of having to “deal” with repair shops as well as the insurance made it extremely depressing. After speaking with insurance, we immediately started researching RV repair shops! We came across Houston RV Paint & Body/Top Choice RV… after reading every single review and then talking directly with Jay… we knew this would be our repair shop! Jay and his team made the process SO easy! Not only that, he kept in contact with me weekly, sending updates and pictures as the process was completed! You can’t ask for anything better! VERY quickly, we were contacted that everything was completed! When I got there, it was as if nothing had ever happened! The trailer looked good as new!!! In addition to this phenomenal repair, Jay worked diligently with our insurance company! And the entire process was seamless! Jay and his crew did an amazing job at repairing the fiberglass roof damage of my truck bed camper. I had a showdown with a Chic-fil-A drive through awning and severely lost. The damage to the roof was extensive…it sheared off the Sun roof and other rooftop components and left some gashes in the fiberglass. Let’s just say it looks better now than it did brand new! He painted everything to match and went above and beyond to restore the camper to its original glory! I only hired him as a subcontractor to do the fiberglass repair but I would use him to do anything he said he was capable of doing because it seems this shop accepts nothing less than the best. Best in class customer service with frequent updates and pictures of the progress and honest feedback from the beginning till the end about what to expect. See picks for a good laugh with pieces of the camper still on top of the awning! It was my first day driving around with it in the truck and I completely forgot it was in there when I went in for a late night snack right before closing time. Let’s just say I shut the place down early!! Thank you Jay for making a bad experience turn out to have a great ending. Hopefully you never need his services but if you do, don’t hesitate to use this company. They were doing repairs on high end luxury RVs and didn’t turn me away with my little camper repair. 10 stars if I could!
