I’m giving up but I decided to write a review, Had a accident with a deer a few years back took out the front end of my truck had Houston platinum collision repair the truck my insurance company okayed for new fenders along with bumper grill hood and headlights they reused the bent up finders and did bodywork to them to kind of straighten them out why i know this Because they didn’t clean up the work on the inside of the fender I recently had other repairs done and I was informed that my fenders have been remolded and have body filler all over the inside. To top it off the fender bracket that holds on from the fender to the radiator support they misplaced/said they would order it and for me to come in and never had called me after calling many times I’m left to just write this review hoping to help others stay away from this body shop unless you like paying for cheap shooty work at a Premium price hints the body shop name… If you like the vehicle you drive I would recommend you highly go anywhere else but Houston platinum collision

First time having the guys here work on my car and I was very impressed. From walking in they gave me a very detailed explanation for what needed to be done and the quote sent broke everything down which made me feel assured in the process. Being from Canada I was very careful where I wanted to take my sports car (BMW i8), but that is no problem for these guys. Feel confident taking your expensive ride here. The pricing was also fair given the work.

Had the entire front end of my car gone which would be expensive work. I went to so many places for estimates but they weren't in my price range. Came to Houston Platinum Collision and it was cheaper than all the other places!! Will is very friendly and gives you the correct estimate of repair. Had my car fixed very quickly. Best place to go!

This is the place to go! First time I have ever gone somewhere and everything was what they said it was, no surprises. I dropped off my car and the owner took the time to greet me and look at my truck with me and discuss the damage. He was friendly knowledgable and very attrntive. He gave me quote and and a timeline before i left. The thing i loved the most is that he was sent me pics through the process to show me the progress and keep me updated. When i returned the pick up my truck it was perfect. He had even washed it for me. There were no surprises and the work was flawless. This place is great and i recommend all my friends here.
