Just wanted to share my experience I had shopping with Total Offroad. I called looking for some Rough Country color matched fender flares and ended up catching Gage, one of the excellent workers there, however RC did not make those flares in my exact color code. Gage not only called RC to verify there was no way to get the flares in my color, he actively searched for any other brand that produced color matched fender flares. After going back and forth with Gage for a couple of days, we landed on the Bushwacker Flares and I would color match them myself. After the parts came in the store. I wasn't 100% sure I could make them work, so the guys let me take them out to test fit as well as take them to a few different paint shops to get a few quotes for the paint match. After 24hrs and much thought, I decided to go in a different way in total. The guys at Total Off-road was more than understanding and just wanted me to get what I wanted. They gladly took back the unused flares for a full refund and then we placed a new order for the flares I decided to go with. Over all it was a great experience with great help from experienced people in the field. Highly recommend them over at Total Off-road. They may seem like they big and mean but they wouldn't hurt a butterfly over there. Thanks so much for all the help!! Will definitely be shopping there in the future and sending others that way!

What an amazingly knowledgeable group of people working there. My experience began while standing in line at the aftermarket counter at a Ford Dealership and worried whether this job was just a paycheck to the aftermarket guys at the Ford dealership and then while in line overheard one of the technicians bring up Total Off-road located by the Astrodome and how knowledgeable they were. Well I immediately got out of line and dashed to this location and had questions about leveling my new Ford. Well, the store manager Jeff Fussel and Assistant Store Manager Gage are freaking geniuses and now I absolutely LOVE my new ride thanks to Jeff, Gage and the incredibly talented staff at Total Off-road!
