Had my 2002 Lexus LS430’s driver-side catalytic converter replaced. Went with a custom option to save money since the other side was already done that way. Kelvin was great—helpful, honest, and even pointed out an O2 sensor issue. Way cheaper than the last shop I used. Used a bit of Google Translate for Spanish—totally normal in Houston. I’ll be back when I need more work done, like a proper pipe on my deleted rear cat or some rear tips.
