They do very good work, professional, quick

Got a new catalytic convertor installed here. Welded on a much smaller unit (welded areas that should not have been welded but clipped). Part of it broke and clogged the exhaust completely. Car loses power on highway. Come to found out they installed an undersized part for the exhaust. I don't expect OEM levels of quality here, but as a exhaust shop i do expect a right sizing of parts and parts to last some what a reasonable time period. They claim we tell customers to go to the dealer for quality parts but I was not told any of that. They use very cheap parts, hence their unbelievably low prices (had a OEM master tech show me these type of parts are all manufactured internationally but they claim they buy everything from a US manufacturer for somehow cheaper anyone else). Had to have the entire system redone within 8 months. Bottom line, buy cheap, take the risk and end up with more problems. I learned that the hard way here and ended up at the dealer anyway. Happy for the folks it worked out for, but it did not for me. If you are planning on holding on to your vehicle for >1 year DON'T go here. If your looking for a quick cheap fix and to get rid of your vehicle, this place might be for you. Just know there is definitely alot of incompetence and its a "one size and method fits all" type place. BTW I'm Asian - for the owner reply.

They are fast. Reasonable prices. They do all things and Old Man has Grand customer service. John does you right also and is specifically great wraps. Little or Big They will fix it..

Took my 79 lincoln a few years back. Their work and price are very good. Now I want to take my 04 mustang this month. Can't wait.
