***warning do not*** bring your vehicle to Z Auto muffler Shop. These people are a bunch of liars. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks and didn't not do any work on it until I came to pick it up. They damaged my car frame. The top was up on the car when i dropped it off. Recorded conversation with Z stated he was pulling on the top and the and bent the frame. The work preformed on the car did not require the top being let down. A lawsuit is generated. They refuse to pay for damages. All the phone recording and pictures will prove in court.

Omg z auto and muffler shop is a amazing he work on my mama suv with her torque converter and it runs like a brand new vehicle the dealership wanted to charge us 8,000 and z charge us half the price I recommend any body who who wants a honest person working on you vehicles with amazing results go to z auto on 2409 tidwell rd Houston tx 77093

Do not let those people work on your vehicle.They will take your money and refuse to refund you . They use old parts from the junk yard that want last, they act friendly to con you out of your money all I'm trying to do is warn you if you decide to do business with this mechanic shop that's on you . You will regret it later thats a guarantee. I Had report them to the BBB.

Usually my husband takes care of the maintenance of my vehicle but this time he didn't have a chance and I was off from work so I took my vehicle here for an alignment. I tend to ask a lot of questions beforehand to make sure I know what's being done and what the fee is going to be. The guy explained what the charge was going to be & the possibility if needed of an extra charge (if the screws break, how many are involved, and the cost of each screw). They make you sign paperwork before working on the vehicle (which is understandable as they need to ensure they will get paid). The waiting room is nice, clean, and cool with a tv (at a decent volume) to watch. I explained a different problem with the vehicle and they drove it around the block to see if they could figure it out, unfortunately it's more a transmission problem so they told me they don't do it and recommended me to someone else. I saw and listened how they explained to other customers what was needed to their vehicles or what was done to their vehicles. Overall I'm satisfied with their service, i would recommend them, and will be back again.
