Jorge and Oleg did an amazing job working on my AC at home! They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Just had a new system installed yesterday. Mazdak Najand was great to work with - he explained my options thoroughly and with patience. The installation team was great as well. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. Thank you.

Daniel, the service tech, was on time, extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful with explaining what needed to be done and then educating me on how to work our system. Plus such a nice young man. Air Team is very lucky to have him on their team!

Was on the schedule today from 4-6pm. Called this morning at 8:12am to see if I could get moved up on the schedule because that was suggested by the company’s scheduler. No response to my request, only that I’m on the schedule from 4-6pm with a 30 min call before arrival. No show or call. Time is 6:25pm. This is not the first time this company has done this to me. Come on Airteam do better! I’m changing to 4 stars. They came and repaired my equipment. Not a 5 just because this should have been handled better.

I recently had Frank Ortiz come out to check my air conditioning unit before the summer season, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
