Working with this specialist was a delight. He was prompt, did a great job installing my AC, and I was really impressed. Strongly suggest it!

My AC went out today so I called this company. I was told 90 dollars to do the service call which was fine. I paid 130 not 90 nothing is fixed. Not sure why this company says that it’s 24/7 when they send technicians that don’t have the proper tools and supplies to do anything. The guy offered to come back tomorrow since stores are closed and what was needed he didn’t have. Well you should offer 24/7 service if you don’t even have the proper supplies to fix anything. He didn’t have a key to unlock the coolant line to see if the HVAC needed coolant. He said I need a damper replacement which is fine. But if you don’t have the proper equipment to even service a HVAC system don’t offer 24/7 service. What a waste of time and money and I could’ve just waited until tomorrow to have someone more qualified come.

He arrived on time, was polite, and efficient. He repaired my heater at a reasonable price. The services offered by this company are second to none.
