I understand that businesses can get busy, but my truck was in this shop for nearly two months with minimal communication. We were highly recommended to this shop because it was supposed to complete the job in a timely manner. Instead, I had to constantly call for updates, often receiving no response or delayed replies. I even visited the shop to find out what was happening, only to be told to bring my original parts so work could begin immediately—yet, nothing happened for another entire week! I saw my truck parked behind others, untouched. Frustrated, I had no choice but to remove my truck from this shop, where it seemed to have been used as a dumping ground for trash and beer cans. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Fortunately, we found a mobile mechanic who fixed the issue within hours, not days.
