Little Watch Shop

In my two years living in Houston so far, I’ve brought 4 timepieces by this shop to have them worked on and repaired. The first was a vintage Omega from the 1960’s. Amazing little shop. Always take of my watches here. Always do great work. Parking can be a challenge sometimes but worth it. Great place. Few great watches for sale but their workshop is the heart of the business for sure. Repairs, straps, bracelets, crown repair, bezel replacement etc. Great shop.

You know how we always find ourselves saying “customer service is not what it used to be?” Well here at this shop they go above and beyond to provide quick friendly affordable service with a smile! It’s like walking back into the glorious 90s when businesses actually cared about their customers: these folks still care and it shows!! What a great little shop. Came for a watch repair and left with a great deal on another watch. Stephanie was courteous and very helpful. She even wrapped my watch since it was a birthday present for my wife. Very appreciated and very recommended!

This is an awesome little watch shop. They were quick and friendly. I took my Citizen Eco-Drive to get resized and also have the time set. There was an issue with setting the time (possibly an issue with the watch itself), and they ended up waiving the $22 resizing fee. I respect an honest business so I will be back in the future.
