If I could I would put NO STARS! Called on a Saturday morning for key fob replacement. Woman that answered took vehicle information and gave a quote but said to wait for a technician to call. After calling several times for an update a man answered, looked up the vehicle info and said the part was located but still need to wait for a technician to call. No call. Sunday morning called for an update and a woman said they don’t make BMW keys. Called back to mention we were told they found the part yesterday and a man answered and said we don’t make them and the phone disconnected while I was talking. Called back again thinking the call disconnected and apparently he hung up on me because he said “we don’t make them thanks for calling” and hung up again! So rude and poor customer service! DO NOT USE THEM!
