Tools were stolen out of my truck when they towed it to the repair shop. They ripped out my dash cam but I have footage on the cloud. Called them about my tools but they never got back with me. I will be filing a police report.

I forgot to post this the other night, but I called after literally just Googling tow trucks near me when my friend was stuck on Cullen near UH by I45. Texas Best was the first option as sponsored so I hit call. They didn't answer, but I immediately got a text apologizing that they were on the other line and asked if I needed a tow. I asked the price, $149, to take the car from I45S at Cullen to Telephone and Lawndale. I thought $149 was a bit steep, but when Raul came out it was worth it because he got to us within 10 minutes, had the car on the truck in less than 5, and swiftly met us at the drop off with zero issue. No one wants to call a tow truck, but I'm glad these guys had us taken care of. Thanks, y'all!
