Never had a bad experience bringing my car into this Pep Boys. Had a broken blower motor last week and they got it done at a fair price with a quick turnaround and got me back out on the road (with air conditioning).

The Pep Boys appointment I had was to have my A/C evaluated. Customer Service Rep Angel was courteous, kind and very professional. Angel explained my A/C issue in lay person terms for me to fully understand. Angel gave me a "warm and fuzzy feeling." I really appreciate, Angel!

Had a flat yesterday. Brought it in and they had it changed in about 45 minutes. I noticed they aired the tire up to 45psi when 35psi is recommended. The next morning I noticed my tire pressure was at 14psi. I brought it in and questioned whether it had been fixed because the odds of a flat 2 days in a row is slim. It can happen but its slim. Meanwhile I'm here watching the guy put air in my tire. He wet it to find the leak and plugs it. After speaking with the mechanic, he advised yesterday they put in a used bad plug. He replaced it with a brand new one. Who does that?!?! Why would you do something so unsafe to a paying customer? Why would ANYONE use an old used plug to fix a flat on someone else's tire? Ridiculous!!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Worst customer service ever me and my boyfriend came here because our tire popped and we didn’t have a part of the jack to have to lift the car so we asked if they could and we would pay whatever price the guy at the front desk was extremely lazy and it didn’t seem like he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t want to ask one of the actual workers and kept saying “uh” train your employees better, no one should be receiving yalls service it’s horrible!

Brought my car in for low tire pressure. They said they were having trouble with the wheel lock and they were scared to break it off. They stripped the wheel lock and one of the lug nuts on 8/13. Brought it back on 8/14 to the manager who told me his technician did not do this and I needed to leave. Called corporate and waiting on a response. Beware of this location!!!!
