Houston Wheel Repair

Avoid this place at all costs. I dropped off two BMW wheels for repaint/refinishing and provided a third as a reference. I was quoted $487 total and told it would take 3 business days. What followed was a month-long nightmare filled with lies, poor workmanship, zero accountability, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Dropped off: June 20, 2025. June 25: After no updates, I drove 25 minutes to the shop just to learn my wheels weren’t even there, they’d been shipped off to be machined, and no one had informed me. June 28: I was told my wheels were “done.” I showed up, and they clearly weren’t finished, just machined. I was told they’d be ready “early next week.” J…

Just had a cracked wheel repaired at Houston Wheel Repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They got me in and out in just 2 hours and the wheel looks great! The team was professional, efficient, and really took care of me. I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone needing wheel repairs. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and explained everything clearly. Jimmy and Sandra were both great-friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They showed me the damage, told me exactly what needed to be done, and stuck to the timeline they gave. It's rare to find fast service without sacrificing quality. Thanks again, Houst…

I recently had the pleasure of working with Houston Wheel Repair to have my machine-finished rims cleaned up, and I honestly could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, professional, and surprisingly quick. My rims were looking rough from years of wear and tear, brake dust buildup, and minor curb rash. I wasn’t sure if they could be brought back to life, but the team at Houston Wheel Repair exceeded all my expectations. What impressed me right away was the speed and efficiency. They had my wheels completely cleaned up and looking like new in just a few hours. This is not just some basic polish job—they took the time to thoroughly …

Absolutely zero. No communication, no quality control, zero skilled labor. The worst experience. Damaged a one of one set of vintage wheels they “assured” me they could handle. What a joke. Took an orbital sander with at least 200 grit to the faces. Then the owner tried to tell me “they were like that when you bright them in”. As if I didn’t work for Discount Tire for 11 years and am a fanatic about wheel appearance. They have no business fixing anything but a Toyota steel wheel!!! DO NOT trust them to do anything close to quality work. Asked for just my $1200 I paid them returned and the owner said, “if you wanted new wheels, go buy them”. Case in point, if you pull up to a business and it …
