At Paramount I found my new mechanic Isaac! I cannot say enough good things about this shop & the wonderful guys who work there. From the lady in office to mechanics and owner Jesus were very friendly. They are honest, professional, funny and trustworthy. Their knowledge and customer service unbeatable! Got my truck back on the road in no time

I cracked the head when I was headed back to Florida and was absolutely stranded. I spoke with Jesus and he had a quote to fix the truck back to me within a matter of minutes. He also even steered me in the right direction of a towing company that wouldn’t take advantage of me and allowed me to get towed to the shop after hours soo they could start the job first thing in the morning. They went a step further and got me an uber so that I could pick up my rental to get home to my family. The job was completed in a timely manner and they treated me like family. I’d like to give a big thank you to yunior,Jesus,Issac and the whole paramount diesel team for being professional and doing top tier work. I live in Florida but will always take the trip to Houston for any mechanic work. Thanks again guys!!

When the turbo clamp on one of my truck gave out unexpectedly, my driver headed over to Paramount, and Junior worked his magic. Within less than an hour, he had everything fixed, and my driver was back on the road. The speed and professionalism were impressive, and the price was more than reasonable considering the situation. Exceptional service all around. I couldn't ask for better!
