The worst customer service ever. I won’t be back for nothing. The lady doesn’t want to remember anything when it comes to her mistakes and doesn’t have any concern in the world. I rest my case and it’s all in GOD’s hands now.

I had heard good things about this shop but when I went they didn’t seem to be any issues until I left. They changed my catalytic converter out when I had a light on and told me this was the code. As soon they finished they said “oh you have another code too!” And when I left the check engine light was back on! I believe that they concealed that other code in order to take my money. They told me I had a one year warranty and bring the car back. This job was done in Dec 2024, it’ March 2025 and I’ve had to bring the car back twice! Now I’m being told that my one year warranty will not apply anymore. Since they have I change the catalytic converter again.

I highly recommend this muffler shop! Checked multiple other shops and they had the best pricing. Very professional staff! They did extremely clean work on my Lexus IS250! I will definitely be coming back to this shop.
